On June 4th 2021, MZA will release his debut EP "Balmoral" on Bandcamp and SoundCloud.

The electronic collection is inspired by his memories growing up in Singapore and time spent with his grandparents in Japan.

"Balmoral" is named after a bakery near MZA's neighbourhood, which he has fond memories of visiting while growing up. The concept of this release is built on the cyclical nature of life, with elements and motifs being repeated or played in variations throughout the five tracks. What transpires is music that traverses a myriad of styles MZA has come to love - from hip hop, deep house to DnB - inspired by producers he admires such as DJ Krush, Nujabes and Shigeto.
